The 2530  & 2510 are a good quality high choice for skin care. These exact units were once imported by our company many years ago. We have never had to fix them in 10 years now. The fix's are always people dropping the handles. 

The 2530 is a high quality high frequency with a newer smaller lightweight handle and 4 heads. This is a great choice for someone who knows what they want and need a good machine. 

The 2510 is a great quality brush unit that comes with all the heads and handle below in the picture. It is a good unit and is lightweight if wanted to carry in a bag. These machines are very portable, but they are part of a large machine. They are sold individually or together. 
        
These machines are Italian made for MANY years of good service. 1 year warranty. Extra parts available for the machine if needed at extra cost.
